It was 2080. It's been years since humans been immersed in a virtual world. Climate change made it impossible to leave the house and thus, accelerated the trend for physical isolation and loneliness. All plants and greenery were a mere simulation of what once been a natural world. In this dreary landscape, Artificial intelligence guided humans to light, saved them from their imperfect human nature, a nature of being social animals and needing each other. Despite the never ending stream of entertainment customized to ones individual taste, occasionally, dwellers of virtual worlds felt that something is off. As soon as they started questioning the system, AI angel appeared to feed them even more exciting entertainment to numb the sadness out of their minds. What a brave new world it was!
